Redmond S. & Mary Cole Collection - Beattie files

Judge Redmond Cole was born in the home of Breckenridge Beattie in 1881 near Savannah, Missouri (Mr. Beattie was an uncle of Redmond's father). Judge Cole spent much of his adult life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he practiced law and corresponded with descendants of related Washington County families. Following Judge Cole's death his research papers were donated to The University of Tulsa. They were later filmed by the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. The entire collection, subdivided by surname, covers 12 rolls of microfilm and is identified as the Redmond S. & Mary Cole Collection.

The Beattie files were transcribed from film by Michael McPharlin and Diana Powell. The table of contents was compiled by Tyler Beattie.
