Birth15 Sep 1832 Mary Jane Moffett was born on 15 Sep 1832 in Rush County, Indiana.2 
Marriage18 Dec 1861 She married Isaac Newton Harris, son of Isaac Harris and Jane Anne Brierley, on 18 Dec 1861 in Rushville, Rush County, Indiana.3 
  The wedding took place in a new farm house located about 2 1/2 miles north of Rushville. It burned to the ground not long afterwards.2,4  
  Isaac's sister Elizabeth was married to Mary Jane's brother John. Isaac lived with Elizabeth and John when he first came to Indiana from Pennsylvania. John was a physician and Isaac was a dentist. 
  A few years after their marriage Isaac purchased a lot at 220 Perkins Street in Rushville on which he built the couple a home. All of their children except eldest son Larry were born there.2 
Religion7 Nov 1869  Mary joined the Presbyterian Church in Rush County, Indiana, on 7 Nov 1869.2 
Residence1911  Later in life Isaac and Mary Jane moved to Columbus, Ohio, where their two daughters resided.2 
Death24 Oct 1915 Mary died on 24 Oct 1915 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, at age 83.2 
Burial25 Oct 1915 She was buried on 25 Oct 1915 at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, Rush County, Indiana.2
