- [S2648] Mathew Ryburn Family Record, handwritten copy, original held in 2011 by Carolyn Ryburn, Glade Spring, Virginia. The paper consists of handwritten entries that may have been copied from the record page of a Ryburn family Bible. The sheet of paper was pinned within a Bible formerly belonging to Elizabeth Hall, which itself was discovered in 2007. The Hall bible appears to have passed from Elizabeth Hall, who died in 1906, to her cousin Whitley Ryburn, Carolyn Ryburn's great grandfather. It is not known who copied the Mathew Ryburn family data, or from what source, or how it found its way into the Elizabeth Hall Bible.

An undated note by Mr. Barbe accompanying the document states that the record was copied 45 or 50 years ago when Vernon Barker owned the Bible. Mr. Barbe also noted that he made an "organized copy", not a literal copy of the Bible record.
