Heir1878  Mary received payments equal to those of Charles, Susan J. and M. Floyd Moore as part of the probate process for the estate of James Buchanan. Like the other Moore children, Mary was represented by George Graham. Mary is therefore presumed to be a daughter of Andrew Fullen Moore who was deceased by the time the Buchanan estate was probated. She was specifically listed by name (Mary or Mary A.F. Moore) through the 1880 settlement record. The following years (1881-1886) George Graham received a lump payment as guardian of the children, but they were not individually named.2,5 
Death23 Mar 1880 Mary died of typhoid fever on 23 Mar 1880 in Washington County, Virginia, at age 15.3,4 
Burial She was buried at Rock Spring Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.3
