Cens-19202 Jan 1920  After their marriage James and Sula lived in Walnut Springs (Bosque County), Texas where James worked as a machinist in the railroad shops.3 
Cens-19301930 However in 1930 they were recorded in Cross Plains, Callahan County, Texas, where they rented a home for $20 a month. They also owned a radio. James worked as a machinist at a machine shop. He and Lula were also the parents of 5 year old James E. Jr.4 
Death25 Mar 1990 Sula died on 25 Mar 1990 at age 92.2 
Burial She was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery in Walnut Springs, Bosque County, Texas.2,5
