Birth1859 John Crockett Clark was born in 1859 in Virginia.1,2 
Cens-Sum  Like 4 of his 6 siblings, John (or Crockett as he appears to have been known), did not marry. He remained on the family land in Smyth County, Virginia, no doubt helping his father run the farm. Following his father's death in 1911, John's younger brother Charles took over the farm. "Crockett" was enumerated in January 1920 living with Charles and his young family.4,3,5,6,7 
Death1920 John died in 1920.1,2 
Burial He was buried at Rich Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Smyth County, Virginia.1
