Migration1879  Ann and Artemus migrated from Iowa to Kansas about 1878 with their two children, Pearl and James, and homesteaded a claim near Logan.3 
Death20 Mar 1880 Ann died on 20 Mar 1880, four days after the birth of her third child, in Logan, Phillips County, Kansas, at age 28.4,5 
Burial She was buried at the "Old Cemetery" in Logan, Phillips County, Kansas.5
