Cens-Sum  William and Mary farmed land in the Saltville area of Washington County. They were the parents of at least 5 children. The 1900 census entry for Mary is very difficult to read but it appears to read that she was the mother of 7 children with 5 living. William's 1900 entry indicates that he owned the land on which he was farming.3,4 
Death29 Apr 1927 William died on 29 Apr 1927 in Washington County, Virginia at age 75.1 
Burial He was buried at Hill Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.5
