Birth1854 Julian S. Parris was born in 1854 in North Carolina.1 
Marriage4 Aug 1881 He married Rebecca J. Harris, daughter of Alexander M. Harris and Nancy Ann Vestal, on 4 Aug 1881 in Washington County, Virginia.2 
Cens-19001 Jun 1900 Nineteen years later Julian and Rebecca were enumerated on the 1900 census. They were farming land in the Abingdon district of Washington County. Rebecca's entry listed her as the mother of 8 children, all of whom were living.3 
Cens-191016 Apr 1910  In 1910 Julian reported that he was employed as a stone mason. Rebecca's entry indicated that she had given birth to one additional child after 1900.4 [a son who died at birth in 1903] 
Death1914 Julian died in 1914.1 
Burial He was buried at Bethel Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.1
