Pafford, Barbry Emaline Hutton and William D. Hutton and E.E. [Eliza] Scott and Charles W. Scott.9 |

Hutton and Charles Scott were not married when the sale was made in Jan. 1860. Hence the initial acknowledgement of the deed, dated 25 Feb. 1860, included the name Eliza E. Hutton.
