WillOct 1787  Robert's will, written in October 1787 and recorded in January 1791, named his wife Bethia, sons William and James, and son-in-law John Kinkead.1 
Death1790 or 1791 Robert died in 1790 or 1791.1 

Research Comment:

There are several Logans who appear in the early Washington County records who may or may not be descendants of Robert. There is a marriage record for a David Logan to a Hannah Robinson in 1790. How might he fit into the picture? And in 1803 Elizabeth Logan married Joseph McReynolds. It has been suggested that she was the daughter of Robert's son James, and indeed there appears to be a gap in the birth order of his children around 1783. However James did not mention an Elizabeth in his will.
