- [S2152] Washington Co., Virginia Deed Book 4: 388. This deed, dated 8 Nov. 1810 and recorded 21 Nov. 1810, contained a release of interest in 15 acres of land signed by 8 of John Hutton's children (and/or their husbands) in favor of their brother Leonard. John Hutton purchased a tract of land in 1795 from George Gamble and then sold it to Leonard in 1797. Later it was discovered that the original surveyor mistakenly omitted a 15 acre section of the tract from his survey.
