daughter Margaret Beatey that part of my land she now lives - line divides it from the upper part ..... up the river 20 poles above Hubberline’s corner at the cedar bank thence to the gap betwixt 2 fields on the great road from thence to the fork of the branch below my barn up sd branch to the spring from thence to the white oak corner below the sulphur spring which part John Beaty shall possess during the life of my daughter Margaret.

The upper part or remainder of my land I give to daughter Abigail Preston reserving my daughter Ann her support from same during her life

At decease of daughters Margaret and Abigail the whole of my above mentioned land to be equally divided among their children having due regard to quality and quantity.

Executors to sell land in Kentucky; then ˝ proceeds divided among 3 daughters and the other half between children of Margaret Beatey and Abigail Preston.

Negro boy Jame to daughter Abigail

Negro boy Nath to be sold; ˝ price to daughter Ann; other ˝ divided between daughters Margaret and Abigail

Daughter Ann horse named Jack

Remainder of horses to be sold and proceeds divided between 3 daughters

Cattle and sheep be equally divided between Abigail and Ann; Ann's share put to sale

From debts not yet collected daughter Margaret Beaty be paid $200; daus Abigail and Ann be paid $100.

Appoint William Stewart, John Beaty and Samuel Preston executors
