1. all personal estate to be sold except that part “I got with my wife Jane”; debts and funeral expenses to be paid from proceeds and remainder to “my people”
2. wife Jane all the personal property I got with her; also tract of land we now live on
3. to my own people the residue of my land: 1 tract in Indiana, 1 in Illinois
