- beloved wife Elizabeth Kincannon all moveable property and one third of plantation during her natural life

- son Andrew £5
- dau Mary Smith £50
- son Francis £20
- daughter Elizabeth Porterfield £50
- granddaughter Betsy Scott £30
- son George the plantation on which he now dwells after paying to Mary Smith and Elizabeth Porterfield as above
- son Mathew Kincannon all the plantation on which he now dwells he to pay James Kincannon, Andrew Kincannon, Francis Kincannon and Betsy Scott the sums above and £40 to be equally divided between James, Andrew and Francis Kincannon also all my debts and funeral charges
- above legacies be paid within 5 years after my decease
- appoint James Kincannon, and John Stewart executors
