I William McConnell of Washington County, Virginia

1. personal property to be sold on 12 months credit to pay debts and funeral expenses; if necessary to sell real estate wife Sarah McConnell to determine what to sell.

2. remainder of estate to wife Sarah to be under her control during her natural life

3. at wife’s death estate one half estate to daughter Rosanna M. Lowry and one half to children of my son William K. McConnell: Sarah E. McConnell, David C. McConnell and Thomas M. McConnell.
