1. All just debts paid
2. to seven children all my real estate divided as follows:
a. daughter Mrs. Minerva Heberlin: land north of her lot and between same and lands of Mrs. Jennie Clark
b. three daughters, Ella Adkins, Maggie Taylor and Ethel Adams: land fronting on Saltville branch railroad between my yard and the Heberlin lot and running back from said front to the Jennie Clark line
c. son Charles Taylor: lot lying north of my garden and between same and the Allison lands on the north
d. two sons Robert Taylor and Richard Taylor equally: the house, yard, garden and orchard where I now reside
3. seven living children to pay each of my 2 grandchildren, Lillian and Thomas Taylor $25
4. sons Richard and Robert all personal property
5. son Richard executor with no bond required
