Will of Mary Moffett

     In the name of God Amen. I Mary Moffett being in a Sick & low condition, but in sound mind and memory do make & constitute this my last Will & testament as followeth
1st I give & bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Gobble wife to Abraham Gobble one negro girl named Eame, my saddle & wearing Cloaths, & one hundred dollars.
2d I give & bequeath to each of my Grand children three dollars.
3d I give & bequeath to James Fink one Dun horse.
4th I Order & desire that all my lands & all the rest of my property be sold at publick sale.
5th I Order & desire that all my just debts be honestly paid, & the residue of my estate be equally divided between my three children, namely Thomas, John & Maryann.
     I hereby Order & appoint John Moffet my Executor of this my last Will & testament hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made. August 15th 1811

     At a superior Court of law continued and held for Washington County the 30th of September 1811 The last Will and Testament of Mary Moffett decd was exhibited in Court and proved by the oath of Charles Pennington and John Mazingo two of the subscribing Witnesses thereto and Ordered to be recorded
