I Agness McCALL of Washington County Virginia being of sound and disposing mind do make this as followeth my last Will & Testament.

To my daughters I give & bequeath all my property of whatever description and all the money due to me, to be equally divided amongst them except one large Bible which I give and bequeath to my son Samuel, my debts and funeral charges to be first paid out of my property. Witness my hand & seal this 26th day of August 1819.

At a Court held for Washington County the 25th day of October 1823, the last Will & Testament of Agness McCALL, deceased, was exhibited in Court and proved by the oaths of Matthew BUCHANAN and William BUCHANAN the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded - - and on the motion of Robert WHITE who took the oath of an administrator with the Will annexed prescribed by law (there being no executor named in the Will) and entered into & acknowledged bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with William BUCHANAN and John MONTGOMERY his securities conditioned as the law directs - - A certificate is therefore granted him for the administration of the said estate with the Will annexed in due form.
