John Larrimer of Washington Co., Virginia

1. to sons John & Robert and daughter Nancy Wilson $1; they having received their share of estate

2. to daughter Anne Larrimer $50 to be paid by son Robert on whom I hold bonds; to be paid in articles for support of Anne

3. sons-in-law Jerry Evans, John Comay and James Woodward Clawson $1 in satisfaction of anything they or their wives or children may expect from estate

4. executor David Carson to sell land on Laurel Fork and proceeds divided between grandchildren John Larrimer Rambo, John Larrimer Davis, Nancy Johnson Han and William Johnson Davis. If one child dies then others to divide land equally; if all die then respective parents to divide land

5. wife Jane Larrimer "from whom I have been separated for many years, I give $1 in full of all claims against my estate, having heretofore paid to my 2 sons John & Robert full compensation to support her during her life"

6. land I now live on including land bought of James Davis, John Bowman and Anthony Rosenbalm's heirs, to "my friend Mary Davis for her care and affection to me during my sickness and for her service in taking care of my household affairs" during her life or as long as she remains single; condition that she raise and educate my grandchild John Larrimer Han who lives with me. As a further condition, Mary is to deed to John L. Han at the age of 21, her share in a tract of land devised to Mary Davis and John Larrimer together by James Davis. The conveyance to John Han to take effect at Mary's death.

7. to grandchild John L. Hand the land described in item 6 at the death or marriage of Mary Davis on condition that he lives with her and cultivates the farm for the support of her and the family

8. to Mary Davis all my household furniture, farming utensils, stock until John Han is old enough to assist in "carrying on" the farm, then he is to get half of household furniture, all of the farming utensils and half of the stock, except the horses, which he is to get all but one.

9. all property, goods or chattels not previously disposed of to John L. Han

10. appoint trusty friend David Carson executor
