David Beatie of Andrew Co., Missouri
- to 2 sons J. Breckenridge Baty and Armstrong Baty all my lands to be divided as follows: the SW ¼ of Sect 32, Twp 60, Range 34 containing 160 acres to be divided east and west. J. Breckenridge to have the south half and Armstrong the north half also the SW ¼ of Sect 31, Twp 60, Range 34, the last mentioned quarter to be divided as equally as the above mentioned parties may agree.
- J. Breckenridge and Armstrong then to support beloved wife Nancy during her natural life; also daughter Elizabeth as long as single
- above named John B. and Armstrong to have and share all farming utensils
- daughter Elizabeth $100 from money on hand or coming to me in this country or from Virginia which equals abt $1,300; residue to be equally divided between 3 daughters: Eleanor Ashley, Isabel Allen and Elizabeth Baty.
- my chattled property to be sold and my debts paid; residue to be given to wife Nancy
