In the name of God Amen I Benjamin Estill being in perfect health in Body and mind yet caling to mind the Mortality of my body knowing it appointed for all men __ to die do make and ordain this my Last will and Testament in form & Manner following To wit, First I recommend my Soul to God who gave it and to its original _ust the Earth nothing doubting but I shall receive the same at the General Resurrection, A ___ ing my worldly Property.
I leve all to my well loved wife Catherine my estate real & personal during the none age of my too sons, and when the arive at the years of Twenty one then the said Estate to be Eaqually divided between my two sons and my eldes Son to John to have his Choice of the Division Except Four hundred Acres of Land of the lower End my Land on Mockison two Negroes Esther & Charles the Choice of My horses six Choice milkl cows the half of my Household furniture I leve to her the said Catherine to her and heres forever, my two sons to be whole of the above mentioned maintained and carefully Educated out of
the Profits of the whole of the Estate above mentioned Estate untill the come of age.
I leve to my sister Mary one Hundred Pounds and a valuable Mare at the choise or Election of her the said Catharine, and I do hereby constitute and appoint her the said Catharine, George Moffett David Carson as Executors of this my last Will and Testament I witness where of I have here unto Set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of March 1780.

At a Court held for Washington County the 16th day of April 1782 This last Will and Testament of Benjamin Estill deceased was proven in Court by the oath of Alexander Barnett a witness thereto and to be proved by the other witness which is ordered to be recorded
