Statement of ELIZABETH BEATIE
To the clerk of the Superior Court of Chancery holdon at Wythe Court house
I am informed that I am made a party complaintant as sueing as the next friend for my infant son William Beatie in a suit in which James Beatie and others are complainants and John Clark and others are defendants in the County of which you are Clerk. I request you to dismiss the said suit so far as I am made a party as the same has been done without my order or Consent.
