Hanby the resident defendants, and an order of publication having been duly executed against John Ornduff, William Ornduff, Catharine Ornduff and the unknown children of said John Ornduff and they failing to appear and show any cause why said will ought not to be proved and recorded and there upon the motion of D.O.
