full inventory of all the personal and real estate of
William Davis deceased - given under my hand this 25th
day of August 1842

The following is a list of property taken at the
appraisement by the widow of the late Wm Davis dec’d
which is as follows - August 25th 1842
horses and riding items
flax wheel, cupboard ware, looking glass, one bed and bed clothing,
blankets, quilts, 3 pieces flannel, oven skillet, brass tea kettle, tongs,
3 water buckets, 2 candlesticks
The following is a list of the real estate sold by me
A certain tract or parcel of land lying in the
Rich Valley on the head waters of Straddle Creek
supposed to contain 516 acres sold to Robert
Craig for $2,000.00
