I, Sarah Hope

- all just debts be paid

- son Thomas A. Hope my wagon, straw cutter, horse gears and wheat fan or wind mill; also my blacksmith tools and log chain and harrow, cook stove and kitchen utensils or furniture, big wash kettle; also bay mare, corner cupboard and clock; also interest I may have in entire crop of farm at my death

- son Thomas’s daughter, Sallie Cate my bedstead, bed and bed clothing in the west end of the house downstairs

- other 3 bedsteads and rest of bed clothing to my 3 daughters to be divided equally

- son Thomas A. Hope cain [sic] mill, 8 green chairs, falling leaf table, carpets (I want them to stay on the floor) clock, rifle gun

- granddaughter Sallie McConnell my large looking glass

- my towels and tablecloths to be divided between my 3 daughters

- granddaughter Mary McConnell to have small walnut table

- son Thomas bureau upstairs

- after funeral expenses paid and tombstone placed on my grave balance of any money due me to be divided between 3 daughters

- granddaughter Sallie Hope to have bureau in room in west end of house

- appoint son Thomas A. Hope executor
