Andrew McKee of Washington County, Virginia

- to my wife Elizabeth 1/3 of all money on hand or from the sale of the property; if she marries money shall be returned to all my daughters, but if she never marries she shall have it during her life and then it shall go equally to my daughters.

- likewise the dwelling house.

- to my four sons James, William, Edward and Andrew my two plantations: the one on which I live and the other joining, to be equally divided between them when the youngest comes of age. If they can’t agree then the land to be divided by the executors. If any of them die before they come of age or marry their part shall be equally divided among the rest. But Elizabeth my wife shall have her maintenance as was provided for her. Executors to rent out both plantations until my 4 sons come of age.

- I gave to my six daughters Sally, Mary[,] Ann[,] Charity[,] Jain [sic] & Elizabeth all the money that is left after my debts are paid and the 1/3 that my wife is to receive.

- my 4 sons shall pay my 6 daughters $200 in money when the girls comes of age. If any of my daughters die before they come of age or marry their part shall go to the rest equally.

- desire executors to bind out my children to some good trade or calling except any my wife shall choose to keep with her.

- appoint my friends Samuel Kelly and John Kelly Jr. [executors]
