I James McKee of Washington Co., Virginia

- son Andrew J. 84 acres where he now lives

- son John R. 84 acres joining the land on which he now lives

- wife Sarah one third of my lands including the buildings where we now live during her natural life and one third of my personal estate to dispose of as she wishes.

- sons Wm B. and James A. the remainder of my lands to be equally divided between them.

- my 3 daughters Margaret, Sarah and Joannah the remaining two thirds of my household and kitchen furniture; Margaret is old enough to receive her share as her dowry; wife to hold Sarah and Joannah’s share until they are of age; wife to divide items without exposing same to valuation or sale.

- remainder of my personal estate to be equally divided among my daughters Nancy Parks, Mary A. Robinson, Eliza Larimer, Rebecca Sherwood, Margaret, Sarah and Joannah with the exception of $50 which I have paid daughters Nancy Parks and Eliza Larimer as part of their dowry.

- son William to pay $50 more than other sons to my 7 daughters; otherwise each of my 4 sons to pay an equal amount to make each of my daughters dowry $100.

- son Andrew to be sole executor
