I James Catchem of Washington County and State of Virginia…

1. executor to sell enough land adjoining lands of Paulser Debusk and Elijah Debusk (wheel right) and the Heath place to pay trust I gave John Row now coming to William Edmiston, and to pay my debts and funeral expenses.

2. to my wife Martha Catchim all the perishable part of my estate.

3. to Jacob Catchim, William Catchim, James Catchim and Mary Catchim, John Catchim, Jane Catchim, Edward Catchim, Samuel Catchim, Liddy Catchim, Elijah Catchim and Marthy Cole and my granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Edmiston the balance of my land after the death of my wife. Son Elijah to have maintenance during his lifetime from the land.

4. my wife Martha to enjoy the balance of my land during her lifetime.

Appoint my friend Andrew Edmondson Jun’r executor.
