- wife Isabela Hutton to have bay horse known as Jim, and 2 cows as long as she lives

- wife to have 6 sheep, my largest sow, & 8 shoats [young pig]; also ˝ wheat in the ground; also all my household and kitchen furniture to have and dispose of as she wishes

- wife and family shall have enough meat and grain for their use for present year out of the grain and meant on hand; also enough grain to put in a spring crop; if there is a surplus it is to be sold and applied to my just debts.

- rest of my personal property to be sold and applied to my debts except the 2 Lincoln plows and the shovel plows, and the large harrow which is to be for the use of the family.
