I George Hutton…

1. all my just debts to be paid

2. to my son J.W. Hutton two bonds of $100 each with their interest; said bonds were executed to me by him as purchase money for my home farm. Also to Lilly Hutton, daughter of J.W. Hutton, 2 ¾ acres less the M.E. Church lot adjoining J.W. Hutton land.

3. to my son James F. Hutton $400

4. to my son Bascom Hutton’s children (3 in number): Cora $50, Lessie $10; Victoria $10 when they reach 21

5. to my daughter Marthy Halsey $25

6. to my daughter Polly Haulsy [Halsey] the land I gave her a title bond for including 10 acres between it and G.H. Killinger farm.

7. to my son H.M. Hutton during his lifetime and then to his children my ___ farm for which H.M. Hutton is to pay $200 to my daughter Elizabeth Hutton if she is widowed otherwise he is only to pay her the interest yearly and at her death to pay the principle to her children.

8. to my daughter Almira Shoop $500

9. to son Abram J. Hutton the lands I gave him a bond for lying east of G.H. Killingers including 20 acres on the chesnut ridge during his lifetime and then to his children.

10. to my son A.B. Hutton $500

11. to my son J.W. Hutton a sufficient sum of money to pay his mother’s funeral expenses including doctor’s bills.

12. all other real and personal property to be divided among my children equally. Appoint Wm H. Goodpasture executor.
