Edward Hutton of Smyth Co., Virginia

1. all my land to my son Thomas L. Preston Hutton, being the tract on which I now live adjoining the lands of Jno W. Newman, Thos F.McDonald, N. Snavely and Goodpasture, about 100 acres; reserving one half acre of land including the grave yard, for the use of my family and the public with the right of passage from the main road.

In consideration I require my son to support me and my wife and to pay our funeral expenses, just debts, and to pay each of my other children (6 in number) $50.

2. the remainder of my estate to be divided among my 6 other children or their heirs; the wagon and cook stove now used by me are the property of my son Thomas L. Preston Hutton.

3. appoint Thomas L. Preston Hutton executor
