1. just debts be paid
2. two daughters Mary Edmiston and Sarah Edmiston and adopted son William Edmiston Buchanan all my real and personal estate equally divided except kitchen furniture to Mary and Sarah
- if Andrew Buntain who I have raised from a child lives with them until he is 21, my daughters and William E. Buchanan are to see that he is taught to read and write and do arithmetic and see that he gets a new suit of clothes and a good horse and saddle worth 20 pounds.
3. appoint John Edmiston Jr. and William E. Buchanan executor
