John B. Beattie of Andrew Co., Missouri, aged 70 years

1. to beloved wife Sarah J. Beattie all my money, real and personal property for duration her natural life.

2. to niece Lydia S. Fulkerson my household and kitchen furniture after death of wife

3. to niece Lidia S. Fulkerson in fee simple the following real estate: south half of the SW quarter of section 32 in township 60 of range 34, and 13 acres being a part of the SW quarter of section and a small part of the NE quarter of section 6 in township 59 of range 34 and of the following metes and bounds: (detailed description follows) all in Andrew Co., MO, subject to life estate of wife Sarah J. Beattie.

4. remainder of real estate to be equally divided between John B. Cole and Sarah J. McCarty, subject to life estate of wife

5. to James B. Cole $500 to be paid from personal property (other than that bequeathed to niece Lydia Fulkerson) remaining after death of wife .

6. if after payment of household furniture to niece Lidia Fulkerson and $500 to James B. Cole there remains any excess personal property or cash it is to be divided between Lidia Fulkerson and Sarah J. McCarty.

7. appoint friend Nicholas Kirtley sole executor

8. revoke all former wills

5. all remainder of my property left after the payment of my debts and the specific legacy to John B. Cole devise to niece Sarah J. McCarty
