- just debts and funeral expenses be paid

- granddaughter Margaret Eleanor Andrews, $30 to be paid 2 years after my death if living; if not, then to her sister Mary Jane Andrews

- son Moses L. Gray, the part of my land surveyed by Edward Lathim and dated 16th day of January 1844 (marked C) on which my dwelling house stands.

- son John GRAY, the part of my land (marked A) on which John now lives

- son William H. Gray, the part of my land (marked B) on which William now lives

- three sons Moses L.,, John, and William H. Gray to each pay $100 2 years after my death to my son Elliott Gray; son John Gray to also pay $60

- son Earl B. Gray. …

- to my wife, Margaret Gray one horse worth $80, a saddle and bridle, one cow and all my household furniture; also to live in dwelling house and to keep her stock on land where house stands

- sons Moses L., John and William H. Gray to equally support my wife during her natural life – the residue to be sold and the money equally divided between same three sons
