1. executors to pay all debts

2. to the heirs of John Henderson Smyth, decd, the remainder of my possessions to be divided as follows:
- to Mary E. Smyth the press and dishes, and 1 feather bed
- to Thos L. Smyth my bureau and 1 bedstead and feather bed
- my real estate and the remainder of my personal property equally divided between Mary E. Smyth, Thomas L. Smyth, Lydia D. Cuddy (nee Smyth) and Nannie J. Akers (nee Smyth), the heirs      of John Henderson Smyth

3. Charles B. Akers and Robert D. Cuddy executors without bond

4. having sold my entire interest in John Henderson Smyth’s estate years ago, I hereby relinquish all my rights to said estate
