I Mary Montgomery of Washington County, Virginia
1. debts and funeral expenses paid
2. all real and personal estate to sister Jane Montgomery during her natural life and at her death all land to James P. Clark, son of Peter Clark. At death of sister Jane all my slaves to be free; $300 to be paid them. All household and kitchen furniture to children of Margaret Clark. The remainder of my personal property to be sold and proceeds equally divided between Susan McClure and Margaret Clark.
