Polly Talbert of Washington County, Virginia

- to two daughters Margaret and Polly, now unmarried and living with me - two beds and bedsteads each with bed clothing

- to son Thomas Talbert 1 bed and bedstead with bed clothing

- to son Basil Talbert smallest folding leaf table

- daughters Margaret and Polly half dozen brown Windsor chairs and 1 end table, and to Margaret, Polly and Thomas 1 half dozen green Windsor chairs. To Thomas a small cherry table with a drawer in it; also to Margaret, Polly & Thomas [several words scratched out] 1 half dozen split bottom chairs

- my children Eliza Horn, Bethia Logan, Margaret, Polly, Thomas and Basil Talbert the balance of my beds, bedsteads and their clothing to be equally divided among them.

- daughters Margaret and Polly my spinning wheels; my cupboard and kitchen furniture to be divided among Thomas, Margaret and Polly; to Thomas my cupboard and other folding leaf table; my desk, the balance of my tables and chairs to Thomas, Margaret and Polly to be equally divided

- carpets to daughters Margaret and Polly

- to Polly 1/3 of my stock of sheep; the balance to be divided among Bethia Logan, Thomas and Margaret

- to daughters Margaret and Polly each 1 good milch cow; balance of stock of cattle to Thomas

- to son Thomas stock of hogs, and grey horse now in his possession

- to avoid any dispute about 2 mares given to Basil sometime ago named Nell and Fly, I now devise them to him

- to Margaret a black horse about 4 years old; to Polly a brown or dark bay horse about 2 years old

- to Thomas, Margaret and Polly my mare named __ and her colt, about 1 year old

- all my farming utensils to son Thomas

- my geese and other fowl to Thomas, Margaret and Polly to be equally divided

- any other property belonging to me at my death, such as any crops growing which are not included above to be equally divided among my children Basil, Thomas, Eliza, Bethia, Margaret and Polly. Should Thomas, who is now living with me, have raised any such crop then he shall have it.
