Wife - Martha; the plantation where I now live (3 surveys), 4 horses, and slaves Peyton & wife Jenny, Tilly & her children, Lewis & Washington; also $100, all house and kitchen furniture, newest wagon; also household and farming items and crops on specific tracts of land.

Son - Thomas: the ‘Stewart Tract’ (whose neighbors were the widow BEATIE and Wm. DIXON); also other items.

Son - Arthur: release him from debt owed

Son - John: my plantation after my wife’s death and benefits from STURGEON plantation; also other items.

Dau. - Jenny: $400; includes husband’s note.

Dau. - Nancy: executors to purchase Negro woman valued at $400; at Nancy’s death woman and her issue to be divided among Nancy’s children.

Dau. - Patsey: $500; also as much property as either of my daughters received when they married.

Son - William: $1,200 (executors to purchase land for Wm. when 21); wishes William to stay in family until 21

Son - Samuel: is dec’d

Dau. - Catharine $400: also as much property as either of my daughters received when they married.

Dau. - Polly $500: also as much property as either of my daughters received when they married.

Granddaughter - Patsey SCOTT: 2 year old heifer

All remaining property to be sold - proceeds divided among all children except dau Nancy whose part is to be equally divided among her children after her death though she is to have the benefit of it during her life.

Executors: sons Thomas & John.
