Residence Harriet and Andrew lived on the old Matthew Buchanan home place at Lodi, Virginia.6 
Cens-Sum  There they farmed the land as Andrew's grandfather had done, and raised two children, Jean and John, neither of whom married.7,8 
Widowed6 Jun 1901  Andrew died in June, 1901. 
Cens-191020 Apr 1910  The year before she died "Craig" was enumerated as the head of a household that included herself, her 39 year old daughter Jean and a servant. Jean's entry noted that one of her 2 children was deceased [son John died in 1909 at age 34]. The residence was in the Holston district of Washington County.9 
Death15 Jan 1911 Harriet died on 15 Jan 1911 at age 65.1 
Burial She was buried at Moore Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.1
