Joseph Redshaw

Marriage Joseph Redshaw married Margaret Long.1 
Will20 Oct 1829  Joseph Redshaw's will was first exhibited at in Washington County, Virginia, court on 20 Oct. 1829, however James Snodgrass, one of the witnesses, was deceased, and David Snodgrass, another witness, had moved to White Co., Tennessee. David's affidavit was eventually obtained and Joseph's will was recorded on 17 May 1831.

The will remembered Joseph's daughter Sarah Crow, his son Joseph Redshaw and Joseph Sr's granddaughters Peggy and Frances Redshaw. Joseph dictated that his property be sold and the proceeds divided between his son Joseph, daughter Sarah Crow, and Elizabeth Snodgrass, daughter of James Snodgrass. Joseph also remembered Polly Snodgrass, wife of James Snodgrass mentioned above. Joseph named his son Joseph and son-in-law James Crow as his executors.1 
Death1829 Joseph died in 1829.1
