Burial He was buried at Logan Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.2 

Research Comment:

The abstracted Washington County marriage records include an 1831 marriage between a Joseph Logan and a Martha Davis. Does this represent an earlier marriage for the above Joseph or was there a second Joseph Logan of marriageable age? If Joseph Logan was married to Martha it is possible she was the mother of the first 1 or 2 children listed below (Narcissa's mother was stated to be Margaret on her marriage record).
