Birth1830 or 1831 Martha Orr McCall was born in 1830 or 1831 in Washington County, Virginia.2,3 
Marriage30 Jul 1857 She married William Wesley Williams on 30 Jul 1857 in Washington County.1 
  She was about 27 and he was in his early 40s; a widower with 3 children. 
Cens-186013 Jul 1860  Martha and William were enumerated on the 1860 census - three years after their marriage. William was employed as a wheelwright. The household also included William's three children from his first marriage and 27 year old William Hagy.4 [probably a relative of William's first wife] 
Cens-187027 Sep 1870  William and Martha do not appear to have had children of their own. In 1870 Martha [enumerated as 50 but actually 40] and William (enumerated as Wesley, 54) were residents of Glade Spring township where William continued to work as a wheelwright. His son Joseph had also taken up the trade, as had John Aker (20) [William's nephew]. William's daughter Kate (24) was also at home.5 
Death28 Sep 1877 Martha died on 28 Sep 1877.3 
Burial She was buried at Old Glade Spring Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.3
