In 1870 Mary Jane (Davis) Moffett and her mother, Sarah (Ryburn) Davis, began a journal documenting their family history. Through the generosity of Laura Seielstad the journal pages are presented below. They are loosely arranged by family groups. I have introduced the journal with the story of how a small group of researchers came to say "thank you" to Mary Jane for the gift she left behind....

The journal itself is not paginated however I have assigned page numbers in order to cite information more clearly.
