MarriageDec 1892 She married George Washington Horton in Dec 1892 in Sneedville, Hancock County, Tennessee.4 
  George was the son of Harvey R. Horton and Ellen McAfee.4 
Death22 Oct 1908 Anna died on 22 Oct 1908 at age 46.3,5 
Burial She was buried in the Gardner-Dickenson Square at Old Glade Spring Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.3 
  Following Anna's death her two surviving daughters appear to have lived with extended family members. In 1910 twelve year old "Mary Ella" Horton was enumerated living with Anna's brother Edwin Gardner in Ventura, California. Anna's youngest daughter Clara lived with Anna's mother Ellen (Lansdowne) Gardner in Smyth County, Virginia. Following Ellen Gardner's death Clara also moved to California. Anna's son Harvey was enumerated in Lee County, Virginia in 1920 with his father and stepmother.6,7,8
