Birth5 May 1852 Rosanna Edmondson was born on 5 May 1852 in Lodi, Washington County, Virginia.2,3 
Fath-Death7 Mar 1865  She was 12 years old when her father died in the spring of 1865. 
Childhood  The 1870 and 1880 census records capture Rosanna's widowed mother and various of Rosanna's 13 siblings living in Washington County.4,5 
Marriage20 Dec 1881 She married Robert McCall, son of James McCall and Jane Larimer, on 20 Dec 1881 in Washington County.6 
  Robert was a resident of Hunt County, Texas at the time of the couple's marriage.  
Residence They appear to have returned to Texas shortly after their marriage as all of their children list that state as their place of birth on later census records. 
  In 1888 Robert's brother Thomas moved his family to Hunt County from Virginia as well. About 1890 both families moved further southwest in search of better farmland. They settled in Medina County, Texas. Thomas remained in Medina Co. however after a few years Robert moved his family north to McLennan County.7 
Death11 Oct 1897 Rosanna died on 11 Oct 1897 in Ross, McLennan County, Texas, at age 45.8 
Burial She was buried at White Rock Cemetery in Ross, Texas.8

Robert and Rosanna began their married life in Hunt County but later lived in Medina County and McLennan County, all of which can be located on the Texas map (also accessible via the Misc. Locations link in the menu bar at the top of any page).
