Birth19 Oct 1859 Jacob T. Campbell was born on 19 Oct 1859 in Washington County, Virginia.1 
 Jacob spent his youth on the family farm in the Goodson District of Washington County, Virginia. His whereabouts after his father's death in 1886 are not known to me at this time. He was alive in 1889 when his father's estate was probated, but he was not living with his siblings on the family farm in 1900 or later.3,4,5,6
