  Bethia's father died in Dec. 1818 and on Aug. 15th, 1820 Joseph Meek Jr. became her guardian [Joseph had married Bethia's older sister Sarah 6 months earlier].2 
Marriage31 Oct 1826 She married Samuel Logan, son of Barbara Logan, on 31 Oct 1826 in Washington County, Virginia.5 
Cens-18301830  Samuel's household in 1830 included 2 children under 5 (a male and a female). This would have been Samuel and Bethia's son Charles and their daughter Mary who died shortly after the census was enumerated. The household also included 4 slaves; 2 adults and 2 children.6 
  Bethia gave birth to 3 additional sons between 1831 and 1836. 
Death25 Nov 1836 Bethia died on 25 Nov 1836 at age 31.1 
Burial She was buried near her parents and 2 sisters at Old Glade Spring Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia. A large 4 sided Logan monument bears the names of Bethia, her husband Samuel and 2 of their children.4

Bethia probably spent most of her childhood in this home her father purchased in 1807 on the "Great Road". Known today as the Old Stagecoach Inn, it probably consisted of no more than 4 rooms during Bethia's lifetime.7
