Burial She was buried at Buchanan Cemetery in Washington County, Virginia.1 
Probate Recd17 Aug 1859 Following Ann's death her estate was inventoried. Her personal property included her share of the household and farming items she inherited from her father six months earlier. Many of these items were purchased from Ann's estate by her sisters Jane Buchanan and Mary Ward.4
