Rosanna appears to have two headstones:

One stone uses the same font and detail work as was used on the stones for Rosey's parents, as well as her sister Jane Buchanan, and her sister Mary Fullen (and her husband Andrew Fullen). These individuals all died between 1814 and 1834. This stone reads:

In Memory of
ROSEY G BUCHANAN
Who Departed this life
Jan. 9th 1833
Age 33Y 1M & 8 [or 3]D

The data on this stone calculates to a date of birth of Dec. 1, 1799, which is identical to the date of birth on the second stone.

The second stone has a flat, plain font and was carved without leaving room for the full date of death. It appears to be the older of the two. It reads:

ROSEY G. BUCHANAN
WAS BORN DECEMBER
1 1799 DIED JANUARY
AGED 3_ Y 1M 3 [or 8] D

Why are there two stones? Was Rosey the only one for whom a stone was placed at the time of her death? Were stones placed for her parents and siblings at a later time - with a new stone also carved for Rosy to match the others?
